“Do you offer weekend hire?”
Yes we certainly do! We can deliver on a Friday or Saturday and collect on a Sunday or Monday. These can be extended as required.
“What are your trailer hire rates?”
Our rates will depend on the length of your rental, together with the location for delivery and collection. Please contact us for a no obligation quote through the Contact Us form on our website.
“Do you deliver the refrigerated trailers?”
Yes we absolutely do! Upon arrival at your requested location, we set up the trailer to operate at the required temperature. All cables and adapters are provided by Ice Maiden Event Solutions, so your trailer will be ready for use.
“Is a long term hire available?”
Yes, we offer discounted rates on longer term hire. Please contact us using the contact form on our website.
“What happens if something goes wrong, or if something is damaged or missing?”
Thankfully, issues with our trailers are few and far between. In the very unlikely event of something going wrong, please call 07733 306106 to report the issue. We will aim to attend to the issue within a few hours, and will rectify or complete any maintenance as quickly as possible.
“What are your delivery and collection times? Can I book an exact time?”
You are able to request a specific time, however we do not guarantee to be able to meet this due to external factors, such as traffic and other jobs. However we will offer you an AM or PM slot and will keep in contact with you. We will do our absolute best to accommodate where possible.
“Can I hire an Ice Maiden trailer and tow it myself?”
Unfortunately not. All trailers must be delivered to your site by us. The trailer will be fitted with a wheel clamp and hitch lock for added security, and we will retain the security keys once the trailer is set up. The trailer must not be moved.
“Are the Ice Maiden trailers lockable?”
Yes, all trailers have lockable rear doors. We will leave the door key with you so your contents can be secured. The key must be returned to us upon collection of the trailer.
“What power supply is required?”
Ice Maiden trailers can be powered from either a generator by using the supplied cable with 16a commando socket, or directly into a 240v main socket by using the supplied 16a-13a adaptor power lead. We will connect the trailer to a power source as part of the on-site set up.
“WIll I lose my deposit if I have to cancel?”
Yes, the deposit is non refundable. If, in the unlikely event Ice Maiden Event Solutions has to cancel your booking, any monies paid will be returned back to you.
