Here I am - the face behind the business! I'm Michaela, from a small village in Bedfordshire.

I was very fortunate to be raised by wonderful parents who were very business minded. Our family business is still running today in its 36th year, buying and selling vans and commercial vehicles.

My Mum was a great lover of the countryside, therefore I grew up in the farming community. I joined Young Farmers and would regularly either be competing or spectating at County Shows and other outdoor events. My Mum was my influence in getting me into horses. It was soon obvious that I had a huge talent for riding and producing horses focussing on eventing before moving onto pure dressage where I have been very successful at National level on home produced horses.

I have been running a thriving business for the last 21 years, running a livery yard as well as freelance teaching. I have built up a tremendous reputation within the equine world, building a huge client base where I pride myself on the relationship I have with my wonderfully loyal clients and their horses.

How have I ended up in the refrigerated trailer hire business, you may ask? I guess you could say that my entrepreneurial brain needed a new challenge... I am now two seasons into my new venture. Whilst I still remain quietly confident, I don't mind admitting that I am constantly learning; every day is a school day in business!
